3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Box of cans from Julioís. Pours out a light orange-amber color with very decent head and carbonation. Lighter body with a good hop spice and bitterness. - could be a tad bit more hoppy, but otherwise I am surprisingly impressed with this lighter option.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Poured from 12 oz. can into a Willis Tower pint glass.
The color is copper/gold with three fingers of foamy white head and some thin lacing left on the glass.
The smell is a bright, fresh hop aroma with some hints of fresh cut grass. There is touches of cake frosting and some sweet break aroma.
The taste has more malt than hops with a bready flavor that carries it along most of the way. Toward the end there is some slight bitterness plays its part giving some hints of earthy, grass like flavor. Hints of dandelion and flower pedals take the very back part of the flavor and give it some welcoming character to this beer.
The feel of this beer is smooth with a silky texture and a real light body that is highly drinkable. It lays on the pallet like lace being drawn over your tongue and hardly leaves much a footprint there. A great session IPA that drinks well.

3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Surprisingly good nose for a sessionable IPA. Taste is so-so, but better than Founderís All Day. I have to say, itís not weak-bodied like so many in this category, and you really donít notice the low ABV all that much like you do with this type, usually. Not what Iíd buy a six pack of, but it came in the multi-pack of cans, and Iím OK with that.

3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
UPDATED: DEC 4, 2014 10-27-13 12oz can. Pours light amber with a white head. Average to below average IPA but it is actually pretty good considering the lower calorie and ABV in this one.
12-4-14 12oz bottle. Gotta up my rating on this one. For such a low abv it really is a pretty solid IPA and one of the better ones in this "light" IPA category.

Out of a can at Margeís. The can looks just like the IPA can with the addition of the word light. Decent, but pretty light. It goes down pretty fast when listening to a Jimmy Buffett cover band at Margeís. Well one guy playing Buffett songs. He was a bit more interesting than the beer. But Iíd get it again if the choices were limited or I wanted a session beer.
