Pretty weak brew. Has a nice dark color to it, but that’s about it. Smells of fruity light brown ale. Tastes of sweet malts. Nothing like a true nut brown ale is supposed to taste like. It is smooth though. But kind of a let down.

Pours dark amber into a shaker. Tan head with excellent retention leaves slow sheets. Light malt aromas. Thin with sweet, dark caramel, turning slightly dry in the finish.

Appearance: Brown with light ruby shine, large creamy , tanned top. Solid look. 4- Nose: Sweet, candy like sugar like with slight fruity hints , slight hint of hops 6- Flavor/Palate : Nutty but in sweet sauce , hint of chocolate. Mild , fairly smooth as well fairly plain. Easy fair , forgettable.

Bottle. Pours brown with a beige head. Caramel malt aroma, nutty and some toast as well. The flavor has roasted malt and sweet caramel, as well as chestnuts and brown sugar. Not bad.

Taupe head and a ruby brown body. Light malty aroma. Kinda nutty taste, but mostly rather malty, with a slight roasty element to it. Very mild sweetness. Light on the palate... very smooth.

(12oz bottle, best by June) Fluffy medium beige head atop clear deep brown body. Aroma is medium sweet, caramel, nut, light coffee. Taste is medium sweet, caramel, some nut, toffee, light earthy. Some chocolate in the finish. Soft, light-medium body with some effervescence.

On the sweeter side, lots of nuts and a caramel with an aroma of roasted malty goodness. Creamy finish, and the head is a little small vanilla colour.
