On tap at Hiltl’s in Zurich (Europe’s oldest vegetarian restaurant. Organic and unfiltered according to the menu - definitely unfiltered! A hazy pale amber pour with a tight white head; grainy aroma; light grainy taste, with a trace of citrus in the finish. Pleasant enough, but didn’t stand up to the vege curry.

Golden color with some white foam. The smell is lagery and a little malty. The taste is malty and very pleasant for a lager. The aftertaste is solid but not overwhelming.

33 cL swing top bottle, bought in a supermarket. Appearance: Hazy with floating particles! White creamy head. Nice CO2 bubbles. Aroma: Malty, note of maize, not fruity, no hop aroma. All in all a faint aroma. Taste: Malty, light bitterness, grainy, sweetness from Pilsner malt, maize note. Palate: Medium body, lively carbonation, malty aftertaste (medium length) Overall: I am not sure if the maize note is an indicator of DMS in this case. But it seemed to me to be inappropriate. Haziness was not from yeast particles. It seemed like cold trub to me! I would not order a second one of these.

Bottled. A hazy yellow beer with a huge white head. The aroma has notes of hay - a bit damp combined with a light note of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of hay, malt, and minerals, leading to a dry and bitter finish.

pale golden beer, white head, has a malty, a bit sweetish smell and a bit of yeastyness, some hidden citrus. tasts malty, and a of cereals aftertaste malty with a maize-like hint and bittersweetness. the hell and the blond premium are not very interesting, but the other beers of this brewery are much better.

Bottle, thanks Allen, Cloudy yellow, offwhite cream. Somewhat sour grain aroma. Light fruit, then water, then a light lactic note. Eartht yeast retronasal. Needs a retry from tap I think.
