(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a short, slightly off-white foamy head. Sweet, cara-malty nose, slightly buttery with a tinge of honey and herbal hoppy accents in the background. Soft bitter flavour with a rounded malty sweetness, light to medium bodied, smooth carbonation. (OPPS’07). One of the better landbiers I’ve had. Looks nicely reddish amber, darker than other landbiers I’ve seen. Some earthiness (not kidding :)) and very nice hoppy bitterness. Slightly roasted. A bit similar to some british bitters maybe? Actually has some carbonation.
