Bottle... Poured amber orange with a thin head. Earthy, mildly hoppy with minimal bitterness. Foamy mouthfeel. Some citrus, lemon zest, bready malts. Clean finish. Sort of one dimensional.

355ml bottle from wegmans in niagara falls. deep muddy orange, almost red, with almost no head but carbonated well. its certainly unfiltered and might be bottle conditioned. deep hop resin nose, big a sweet cara malt stickiness also, muddled. the flavour has to much cara malt but is hopped well. not a bad beer, just not my kind of ipa.

Sampled at an esbls tasting. Coppery and clouded. Small foam. Nice and nig caramel and citrus aromas. Those are tasted, too. Bitterness is moderate. This is classic west coast territority. Nice.

Clear gold-orange, small off white head. Aroma a mix of citrus/grapefruit and malty grains. Medium body. Mildly bitter. Flavor is a balance of citrus-like hops and malt, Not too complex or anything but a decent IPA.

New Beer Distributors, NY 355ml ($1.25): Pours a pretty dark colour for an IPA. Aroma is caramel malt and a bit of hops. Taste is pretty much the same. The maltiness really takes things over pretty greedily. Hops are there, but the flavour is hardly stunning or anything.

Amber colour with small off-white head.
Fruity sweetish hoppy aroma with mild resin, mild bitterness and caramel malt. Bitterish hops, resin, grapefruit and sweetish malt in flavour. Rich. Bitterness in aftertaste.

Bottle poured into pint glass has orange amber color with light carbonation. Hops really stand out in this beer. Nice pine flavors and very good overall balance. Another local beer that I plan to get again.

I don’t remember much about this one, other than that the others in our tasting session thought it was the bitterest and most disgusting beer they’d ever had (it wasn’t that bitter, nor was it that terrible, but it wasn’t a great IPA). Had on tap at the brewery/vineyard. Most of their beer was pretty forgettable.
