COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bright sunrise orange in color, this American IPA is boldly hopped with East Kent Goldings, Cascade and locally grown hop varieties to give an intense yet powerfully smooth bitterness. The subtle caramel maltiness only accents the citrus hop highlights. Dry hopped with an incredible 2-1/2 pounds per barrel, this American style IPA is handcrafted to be extraordinarily refreshing.

UPDATED: OCT 28, 2008 Nice, refreshing IPA. Subtle nose of pine and citrus. Good mix of hops and malt. Finish is not as bitter as other IPA’s, but decent nevertheless.

(Bottle). Hoppy pine aroma. Orange-amber body, creamy off-white head. Flavor has nice bitterness, but lacks the foreground citrus punch that one expects from an American-style IPA. More of an English-style, I would say.

Bottle. Pours clear orange with a mountainous, sticky beige head. The aroma is hoppy, with pine, grass, and lemon. The flavor is very juicy hoppy, with sweet citrus and a light pine note. Very well balanced and very easy to drink.

Dark straw color, thin white head. Weak hop aroma floats upon barely discernible malts. Tiny hop presence on the taste, slight citric finish. Pretty weak flavor and aroma even by pale ale standards.
