COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bright sunrise orange in color, this American IPA is boldly hopped with East Kent Goldings, Cascade and locally grown hop varieties to give an intense yet powerfully smooth bitterness. The subtle caramel maltiness only accents the citrus hop highlights. Dry hopped with an incredible 2-1/2 pounds per barrel, this American style IPA is handcrafted to be extraordinarily refreshing.

Amber-orange colour. Aroma of citrus, spice, caramel and alcohol. Similar flavour profile. Medium dryness for style. Caramel in the finish. Not bad, but not my preferred type of IPA.

(Bottle) Pours a lightly hazy copper body with a tall long-lasting aggressive rocky off-white head. Aroma of florals, herbs, and orange peel. Flavor of caramel malt, floral hops, and toasted grain.

(brewtopia) Clear light amber body with minimal off-white head. Aroma is grapefruit, just grapefruit. Taste is medium sweet, grapefruit, some toasty. Medium-full body. Fairly 1D, but a good 1D.

12oz bottle-pours a foamy rich light tan head that laces and copper color. Aroma is resin/some citrus rind, sweet caramel-medium malt. Taste is light resin/some citrus rind hops bite, sweet caramel-medium malt. Nice, easy IPA, may be a bit thin. Thanks decaturstevo for sharing.

Bottle from Half Time. Pours dark amber with a foamy beige head. For me the aroma is floral with a hint of resin. Medium body with foamy carbonation. Flavor is roasted malt with a lot of hop - floral/citrus/pine? More floral. Finishes nicely bitter. Better than many.

Bottle acquired in trade with weeare138 (thanks!). Poured a dark and cloudy amber color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of citrus, flowers, grapefruit with some malts. Tastes of citrus, oranges, and caramel malts. Medium bitter with a sweet balance. Weaker body.

Deep amber gold pour with a bright white head. Transparent brew. The aroma is spicy and fairly citrusy with just a kiss of light caramel malt contributing to the nose and to the flavour. Lots of sweet toffee and some rich malts. The beer isn’t all that novel, but it’s a very well-executed IPA. A bit of sweet toasted malt along with some lingering fruit. It’s a very quaffable IPA.

Dry earthy malt and English hop aroma. Clear copper color with a whispy lacing white head. Definitely more of an English style IPA with toned down hops and a full, drier malt character. Lightly sweet body finishes more bitter and warming. Very smooth and enjoyable, but an average IPA.
