Black almost pitch black, some off-white head. Strong chocolaty, coffeish aroma. A bit watery, but nicely balanced, coffeish and roasted flavor. Roasted aftertaste. Very good light stout.

Bottle. Black and poured with a small head.Slightly smoky with some maltiness.
Roasted aftertaste and a medium body all add up to make this a very reasonable stout.

Pours deep, almost black with a small, creamy, beige head. Aroma is slightly smoky with roasted malts and good chocolate. Quite thin, but with a fine balance. Pleasant flavour, lightly smoky with a good dose of dark chocolate. Nice.

Dark brown coloured, small pale brown head, light roasted nose. The taste is light roasted malt as well with chocolate and coffee. Smooth, somehow light acidic finish.

Brilliant of me to write it down just as "Wagtail", luckily others have rated it before me. Almost black body, coffee nose. Light creamy sweetish taste, malt and coffee. Ok enough.

Bottled. Deep amber colour, small brown head. Aroma is coffee, some malts, mild roast. Flavour is malts, some acidic fruits, roasted notes as well as old coffee. Quite nice.

Bottled at RBESG. Very dark brown. Coffee aroma. Dry and solidly malty. Heavily rosaty with light body and a föavour of rain on hot dusty asphalt. Salty finish.
