Bottled, 500ml from Beers of Europe, Norfolk. Pale amber with white head, Light, malty beer with a slightly odd back flavour, coal tar soap comes to mind or Vosene hair shampoo, that type of thing. There is also a light smokiness from the malt. These tend to dominate a little although still quite a drinkable beer.

Bottle. [Tasting session @ Papsoe] Small fizzy off-white head. Spare display of lacework. Cloudy golden color. Aroma of mild sour malt, fruit, grain. Over the palate came ash, flower, floral notes. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and dry texture. Moderated bitter and sweet flavour. Lingering dry bitter finish.

Bottled. A light amber coloured beer with a whitish head and lacing. The aroma and taste are perfectly balanced and typically English. Nice fruits and a good hop balance. A bit of soap, and a decent body. Perfectly drinkable, excellent session bitter.

Bottle. Brown beer with a very strong head. The aroma is toffee and caramel, and the flavour is dry, bitter, mildly hopped and lightly toffee. Overall a nice roasted, hopped and toffee beer.
