Classic German style Wheat Beer, perfect for a Summer's day. Brewed very simply from a 50/50 blend of malted barley and wheat. Lightly hopped with Hallertau and fermented with authentic Weiss Beer yeast for the perfect cloudy appearance.
Light yet complex, with hints of banana and cloves.

very clear yellow (strangely they boast about the cloudiness on the label). bready, light, over-clean, wheaty acidity and fruity hops combining surprisingly well in the finish. not bad, drinkable, but kind of watery. for a brewery that cold-conditions all their beers it seems a bit weird they don't make a lager. all their beers are somewhere in between ale and lager, easy drinkin, smooth but forgettable (exactly the way winesnobs like their beers - no coincidence they're brewed at a winery).
