UPDATED: SEP 8, 2006 Bottle 44F Lager Glass. Nice light malt notes, good light hop notes, a bit of citrus and a touch of breadiness. Slighty hazy golden color with a decent white head, Nice very pleasant taste more hops than I had expected, much better flavor than I would have expected as well, If I lived in Hawaii I would definately drink this beer more often, quite a pleasant suprise.

UPDATED: OCT 8, 2006 Light golden with a slight haze. Decent head. Mango-ish nose. Crisp yet chewy texture; a little sticky in the finish. Bready, with sweet grains and some big honey-like flavors in the background. Hops are mild, but noticeable (light grass and faint flowers). Only a mild bitterness in the aftertaste. Overall, not too bad, other than being a little boring, but at least it didn’t have many off-flavors to complain about. Perhaps a bit too sweet for me, though. Speaking of which, what is it with so many Hawaiin beers being so sweet?!

Pours nice, light golden amber. Very little white head, little lacing, head dissolves to a thin film on top shortly. Smells sorta cidery with some malt. Later, some kinda woody smell. Taste..... sorta lemony sour, small bitterish aftertaste.. later... some woody after taste as well. Me thinks this needs some hops! Could be some oxidation, but not sure. NO date on the bottle, and this [in my opinion] is a case for some sort of dating process, as this might be somewhat old. Purchased recently from my local Bevmo, and i think it’s a newer product {?} My wife and friends describe it as "OK".

A bt weak in flavor, nothing notable in the nose. Overall a fair drinking beer. I’ve heard this is brewed in Washington and/or CA. What gives?

Draught. Clear golden color with thin white head. Subtle biscuity nose. Didn;t notice any hop aroma. Flat cereal grain flavor. Too watery. Crisp, light finish. Slightly sweet. Ehh.

I sort of like this, a pleasant, medium-bodied golden lager with a a mildly sweet, toasted malt aroma complemented by a soft, grassy hopping. The taste reflects the nose, finishing on a light, sweet note. Very drinkable... but needs a heavier hand on the hops.

Tasted as part of a "outhouse" pilsener/lager tasting we had to clean out our fridges. This one stacked up just above the middle as far as I was concerned. I found it to be a decent lager with some hop presence.

Aroma of toasted grain, with mild floral hops and some honey; quite pleasant actually. Appears a pale golden yellow with a moderate white head that dissipates quickly. Flavor is quite hoppy (perhaps Chinook), with underlying toasty notes and some sweetness at the finish. Palate is light and appropriate. Overall, this beer much better than I expected and equal to the sum of its parts.
