Classic czech one from Waitrose with a big german touch. I´d say this one has some grass and hay with bread and some vanilla. Bit it also is a bit light in look with some grainy moments which reminds me more a german pils. Not bad at all and really easy drinkable.

Bottle from Waitrose in East Cowes. Pours out in a clear deep golden colour with low, steady head and medium body. Aroma of mild hops and grass. Taste of medium bitter hops, light malt, grains, grass, citrus fruits and bread. Refreshing and crisp finish. Drinkable, yet nothing special.

Bottled 08/03/14. A pale gold coloured beer with a grey puddle of head. A really flowery sweet aroma. Nice length of Czech hop bitterness. nicely balanced and full of flavour.

Peppery, dry lime. Piss pale golden very little head. Chewy, pathetic slap of malt. Wayward dry punches on the finish. Not terrible for an own brand.

Ok, slightly bitter, slightly lemony, this is a standard Czech pilsner, it does everything it says on the bottle but nothing more

Bottle at Craig’s. Pours clear pale straw with thin white head. Aromas are classic lemon and hay. Taste is light bitter, light sweet, little herbal note. Light body and thin texture. Finishes crisp. Pretty bog-standard stuff. OK.

Streaming, white-tufted gold. Fine hay and lemony hop nose with honey and soft leather. Fizzy to soft mouthfeel; good bread and honey linger, firm bitterness, lemon cake and grassy hop tones. Clean and tidy.
