May 8, 2007 Bottle. Very pale one, just a little yellow note, and clear. Quite weak aroma, with apples, yeast and some barnyard. There’s more flavor than aroma, with apples, yeast and some barnyard. Medium mouthfeel with some sweetness and astringency. A bit too weak cider, but balanced. (070430)

May 1, 2007 Very pale body, close to water. Mild apple and wild yeast aroma. Flavor is acid and mild fruity apple. Pleasant apple taste but not very exiting.

Nov 19, 2006 Bottle. Quite soft and clean i thought, but with some noticeable alcohol charaters, which give it a slightly industrial flavour. Some apple juice concentrate and some acidity in the finish.

Sep 26, 2006 Bottle @ Kookfest. Posh white lager. Sweet apple juice and industrial alcohol. The apple juice flavours are pleasant enough but the rest is boring verging on unpleasant.
