COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mit technisch aufwendigen Mitteln (u.a. Zentrifuge) ist es uns dort gelungen, den störenden Bodensatz ( Trinken aus der Flasche!) zu entfernen.

It’s well balanced and drinks easily enough but not really something I’d put into my general beer drinking lexicon. Certainly lots of cherry here. Sweet finish. Bottle at Frankfurt airport.

0,33l Flasche. Dunkelrote Farbe mit rosafarbenem Schaum. Volles Kirscharoma. Antrunk Kirsche, nicht zu süss. Bier schmeckt man kaum. Kalt sehr lecker im Sommer!

Bottle bought in Frankfurt, pours a deep brownish red with a tight pinkish head. Cherries and almonds on the nose. There’s only a faint beer character and a big dry-sweet cherry-flesh note. Overall, this is surprisingly pleasant for what it is - which is a cherry-based Radler or Biermix, NOT a fruit beer, as it’s not MADE with fruit - and it wasn’t too sweet (as I’d feared it would be).

Aroma: ok, there is a lot of cherries, like cherry muss, or something like that. Appearance: reddish clear color and reddish head. Taste: no bitterness (of course), cherry juice -- even slightly sour, sweet. Palate: medium body and medium carbonation, sweet finish. Overall: Selling cherry juice and calling it "beer" is a kind of joke. That’s why this beer is a joke.

So far the only German fruit beer I had, apparently consisting of 50% pale lager diluted with cherry, lemon and elderberry extracts and aromas and sugar. Label says 2,6% ABV, though. Regular, moussy, lilac foam, darkish purple colour. Aroma dominated by red fruits, reminiscent of red berry yoghurt and red berry jam, elderberry syrup, blackcurrant (although it isn’t in there), sweetish pale malts and faint floral hops. Sweet taste of sugared fruit yoghurt, thin mouthfeel, grainy basis, some citrus peel, brief bitterishness in the finish (hops, I suppose). Weird and very un-German.

Dieses Bier ist leicht wässerig, aber trotzdem kommen Bier- und Kirscharomanen gut zur Geltung, es ist trinkbar, aber es gibt bessere Kirsche + Bier Getränke!

Bottle 330 ml at home, into a stemmed glass, ABV 2.5% Deep ruby red colour on the body, crystal clear with no activity in it. One thin line of pink-ish foam on top with low retention, leaving light lacing on the glass. Aroma of sweet cherries, candy sugar. Taste follows thwe aroma, very sweet with cherries but also with candy sugar dust on the finish, gummy bears. Tastes a bit artificial. Thin body, low carbonation. Nothing to see here, better scroll past.

Rotes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch süß nach Kirschen. Geschmack klebrig süß nach Kirschen. Bier kann man leider nicht herausschmecken.
