Dec 28, 2006 (on tap at Al B´Andys alias “Walder Bräu”, I think they are not sure how to call it) Cloudy, dark amber colour with a short foamy off-white head. Sweet and heavily yeasty, almost wheaty aroma with a fruity tinge. Undemanding malty and yeasty taste, slightly fruity. Yeasty and light bitter finish. Absolutely unripe and unbalanced brew(ing attempt). Sorry.
