Dec 28, 2006 (on tap at the brewpub) Extremely cloudy murky golden colour with a short off-white foamy head. Strong yeasty nose, slightly malty. Light-sweet flavour, light to medium body, low on carbon. Yeasty and malty taste, absolutely unripe yeasty finish. Non-digestible, make sure to get a seat as close to the restroom as possible.
