500 ml bottle. Appearance is pale, straw coloured, with a white frothy head that doesn’t last too long. Aroma is very hoppy and fresh (in fact both on the bottle and on the brewery website they stress the use of fresh hops), grassy and slightly citrusy. Light body with good carbonation. Taste is grainy and sweetish in the beginning, then hoppy and fresh (again), especially in the finish, somewhat reminiscent of a very light IPA. Thumbs up!

Tap. Clear golden with small white head. Sweet grains, light toffee and a bit of sugar. Light dried apple. Medium spices. Taste is medium sweet with light bitter finish. Medium bodied. Not bad, but slightly too sweet for me.

Bue en bouteille de 33cl à la maison. Couleur blonde, effervescence forte et mousse moyenne. En bouche attaque maltée assez puissante puis petite fraicheur sur le houblon avec une pointe de réglisse et de pin. Agréable.

Pleasant light ger pils. Malty with nice bitter finish. crisp. Light body. Verrry pale yellow almost white. Nice lacing. Nothing extraordinary but a nice ger pils.

Definitely one of the best southern German pils. I was especially intrigued by the full body of the beer. This might be linked to the soft water from the black forest.

Pours a crystal clear, bright yellow color, with a stable head. Got excellent Pils aromas to it, varying between a grassy hoppiness, which got a fruity hint to it, and wheaty, biscuity malts. Has a supersmooth mouthfeel, with a perfectly fitting, refreshing carbonation. A clean, bready, distinct maltiness act as the foundation of this beer, joined by notes of gentle wheat. The hops are recognizable in a supportive way, adding complexity to the malt body, revealing notes of citrus peel and grass. Finishes light-bodied, with a decent amount of semi dry, coppery hops, still accentuating the biscuity malts.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines and drunk at home. Clear very pale gold thin white head. It’s got a little bit of lemon. Soft and decent enough. Yep, it’s clean easy drinking, could do with a bit more character, but got some decent bite on the spicy finish. fine, quite pleasant.
