Great beer. Perfectly balanced. Wonderful hops, but not too bitter. Pretty complex for a Pilsener, but still very refreshing and quaffable. One of the best of its kind.

UPDATED: SEP 25, 2014 Pale golden yellow colour. Clear liquid with white stable foam. Aroma of hops, apple and grass. Light body, thin texture, average carbonation. Slightly bitter finish. In the beginning, the beer was very smooth and untypically for a pilsener not bitter at all. But that changed with every swallow and it became bitter and tart. Quite disturbing and that ruined the good impression. I’ll give it another chance some day.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines. Super pale, with a large foaming top. Big cereal taste, some honey too. Good moments from the lager family photo album.

Bottle 0.5l. Pours clear golden yellow with white head. Aroma has grains, grass, bread. Taste is light sweet, medium bitter, grainy, slightly dusty, bready. Aftertaste is bitter, medium carbonation, dry. Rather heavy for a german Pils. Good but IMHO it lacks session quality.

Flasche 50cl. Recht helles Pils, glanzfein. Überraschend feingliedrige Hopfennote im Antrunk, leichter Malzkörper. Lässt es etwas an Bittere vermissen, ansonsten sehr weich aufgrund des offensichtlich guten Brauwassers. Pils der Extraklasse!
