Full-bodied, very hoppy and dry, in a very pleasant way. Herbal and grassy hops with a lovely intensive flavour. Sweet, grainy, slightly strawy aroma with a pleasant herbal, citrousy hop presence. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, smooth mf. Soft malty, slightly grainy taste with a balanced, almost fruity hoppy note. Moderately dry, light malty finish with a rounded hoppy bitterness. Pleasant and moreish Pilsener from the Black Forrest. Papsoe (10510), Frederiksberg, Denmark Nov 13, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) Pale golden with a thick and dense head. Extremely lovely hop aroma. Body is quite soft with a finely balancing and not too dominating bitterness. Top quality pilsener. 191102
