2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
For any completists out there: this is basically the same as Waldhaus’ "Sommer Bier" and Classic 2.9: light line versions of their Diplom Pils, lacking just that bit less taste than you’d expect.

1.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20
Bottled. A 5 star beer - atleast according to the neck label. A pale golden beer with a thin lazing white head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and odd spices - not very pleasant, leading to a dry finish.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
(33cl bottle) Clear, greenish golden colour with a non-persistent frothy white head. Sweet and slightly papery grainy nose with a tinge of grassy hops. Light-bitter flavour, literally light bodied with an almost crispy carbonation. Soft grainy, slightly mineralic base with a light but present herbal and slightly hops character. Likeable Pilsener light (26.V.09).

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
(Bottle 33 cl) Golden brew with a creamy head. Nice aroma hops that also leave quite some bitterness. If I hadn’t known I’m not sure I would have detected that this is a lighter pilsener. Some slightly metallic notes. 140702
