2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
- A murky, washy brew, with more yeast than hops and more alcohol than necessary.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
0.33 Litre bottle BBD 03-2014, poured into a tumbler on my hotel patio on 13-10-2013 in Ste Maxime, France.
Pale yellow and hazy with a few pieces of sediment floating around: a full white head sat on top.
Slight herbal aroma with a crisp, refreshing feel to the body and taste: fairly sweet, which was a surprise, the malts must have hidden in the smell, only to assert themselves within the flavours, producing a different taste to what you’d expect.

1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 2/20
I really had high hopes into this one but got one of the worst beers for a long time. Nose of pure fresh puke. Cloudy yellow-light amber in colour with low steady head and emdium body. I wouldn’t mind if this beer would smell like puke but taste like the best beer in the world, but unfortunately it shouldn’t be like this. Taste of puke as well, but also of sourness, straw and basement. Just awful to drink. I will pass this one to my husband and will hope that he will drink it for me.....

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
pours hazy to muddy yellow with white top, min lacing. aroma - like sour hopped malty sweetness.
flavour is amazingly difficult to describe, very silky palette, high carbonation what creates extra bite on tongue, taste is weird sweetish, good, but not much, min sour, and spritszy on tongue, spicy seems, but not from hopping. so it should be some kind of special malt what i cannot describe but it is nicely sweet, refreshing.medium dry finish, medium body.

33cl - unfiltered and rather sweet and very dry version of Waldhaus green "Extra herb" "Pils": very yeasty and cloudy, almost astringently dry malts in a - not all that refreshing, despite the decent amounts of fresh grassy hops used. Original, quality brewing, adding some much-needed variety to SW brewing, but paradoxically un-sessionable for 33cl bottles due to malt dryness.
