Oct 13, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) Golden, hazy - almost like a Hefe. Spicy, vitamin-like aroma from the added yeast. Flavour also spicy and herbal with notes of yeast. Dry with a marked but not dominant bitterness. Quite an interesting brew. 180702
