50cl bottle, bb04/2015. Soggy fruit nose of mashed apple and banana. Tastes like buttermilk-based chocolate mousse: wheat tartness, dull milk chocolate, mild roast. Overall timid like baby puree.

Bottle 50cl, a brown beer with good head. Nose is fruity on pine apple, aroma is on wheat, fresh bread, body is creamy but a bit low, low complexity, easy drinkable but no more.

Aroma: dry fruits, plum; Appearance: hazy reddish brown, large foamy head; Taste: medium sourness, slight sweetness; Palate: abrupt finish, slick texture, light body, average carbonation. Strangely dry dunkelweizen, could the large foam and plummish aroma instead of banana be result of an infection?

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes rötlich-braunes Weizenbier mit geringer abe stabilen Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr hefig, fruchtig, würzig. Geschmack hefig, leicht röstig, würziger Abgang.

draught@Erzbierschof - pours a dark brown beer under a long lasting beige foam; nice lacework; toasted biscuity maltiness, hints of spices and ripe fruits; quite full-bodied, pretty tart and with some sweetness below; fizzy, highly carbonated; aftertaste of cookies and corn - very decent

Big thanks to kevnic2008 for that beer. Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass dark brown, nice head. Starts intense malty, not too yeasty, fine sourish background with interesting fruity-berry notes, hints of raisins and some liquorice. Well balanced finish and very drinkable. Really nice!

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Murky reddish brown colour with a mediumsized off-white foamy head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is sweet wheat, mild raisins, toasted malts, coffee and some mild yeasty notes. Flavour is quite similar in a nice balance along with chocolate. Rather bodied and quite toasted for a Dunkelweizen.

Mild hefiger Start, geringe Malzigkeit. Das Bier wird nur wenig würziger und bleibt somit schwach. Zum Ende bitterer werdend, mild hefig. Naja... 9/7/8/7/7/6

Bottle from Berlin: Hazy brown with a huge off white head. Straw and grassy hop aroma, along with caramel and mild fruity wheat. Quite bitter for a weissen, light caramel sweet but overall pretty tasteless for a dunkel weizen.
