Bottled. Sweet malts and herbal hops aroma. Dark yellow color, white head, good lace. Very sweet, very malty, herbal, light bitter. Very soft, thick even syrupy at start, little thin in the finish. One dimensional like most German beers but still very nice. When I visited the brewery I was really expecting nothing from the beer. Although people were very friendly I think the youngest I saw was already over 60 and slow as a snail. But now and then you have a surprise like this.
