A Pacific North West style India Pale Ale. A high hopping rate coupled with a formidable alcohol content and just the right amount of maltiness balance this very drinkable IPA.

Hazed orange/amber, beige head. Aroma of bready malts, some toasted, malt forward for an IPA, but still some nice citrus. Taste is the same, toasty malt, orange peel, dry finish. Great stuff, but definitely more toasty than most PNW IPA’s

Bottle from Total Wine, Lynnwood, WA; 7% ABV
Amber color, quite dark, with red hue; medium sized creamy head. Nice aroma, blend of caramel, leafy hops and pine resins; and a hint of frankincense, The body is lighter than expected; some caramel flavor, correct bitterness, but the hop qualities are a bit missing, and the frankincense touch (or cedar wood) seems out of place now; a lingering acidity in the final too is not expected.
Weird. But not bad.

22oz Bottle pours a reddish amber with a dense creamy light tan head. Nice aroma of piney hops and caramel malts. Flavor is bitter and woody. Papery and woody with pine trees again. Feel is heavy and smooth and softly carbonated. Just OK

This is a very smooth, easily drinkable Pacific North West India Pale Ale. Worth a try.

This poured a clear copper amber with a white heed. Nose of citrus and pine hops. Medium plus body. Flavor is citrus and the finish is nicely bitter. A solid West Coast IPA.

Bomber poured a clear tarnished copper with a lasting amber head. Aromas of carmel, earthiness and light pine. Palate was medium bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of carmel and earthiness with a crisp dry lightly bitter lingering earthy finish. A BIG disappointment coming from the PNW!

Dark amber pour. Nice caramelly IPA in almost a SN celebration vein. Not a hop blast, but rather well balanced. I really enjoyed this one. Great value.

Caramel, biscuit, pine and light citrus on the nose. Amber pour, white head, soft lace. Toffee, caramel, biscuit, black pepper, pine, and light citrus on the flavor. Light bitterness lingers. Balanced.
