Got this at the Bowmar Theater at the Ashland Shakespearean Festival in Ashland, Oregon. Came in the clear plastic beer cup as clear yellow with a small white head and of course no lacing in the plastic glass. Nose of wheat and a hint of grassy hops Medium in body. Very clean and smooth mouthfeel. Flavor is the wheat malts and there is actually a good does of hop bitterness and citrus. The finish is lightly bitter. A very refreshing and easy drinking beer and a real pleasure to find in such a place as a theater.

They told me it was a wit beer, guess they meant it was a wheat beer, found that out on the first sip. I was expecting esters and spice and got an american wheat, but not all that bad. Pours a light yellow/gold, clear with a white head. Not much sweetness, but light wheat taste followed by a mild citrus hop finish. Very balanced, but not much flavor, just like a smooth pale ale.
