COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This straw colored, summer ale is brewed with 75% Vienna malt, 25% malted wheat. Wallaby White Wheat’s subtle citrus flavor and aroma are created with a light hop addition of whole Willamette hops. THis is the perfect beer for those that prefer a less hoppy brew.

This is one of those beers I could drink all night. It has a very light wheat appearance but tastes great. I’ve had it on tap from the brewery but prefer it ice cold out of a bottle from a cooler. Great warm weather beer.

This cloudy gold beer has a crisp refreshing flavor similar to a wheat beer but slightly more bite. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Got this at the Bowmar Theater at the Ashland Shakespearean Festival in Ashland, Oregon. Came in the clear plastic beer cup as clear yellow with a small white head and of course no lacing in the plastic glass. Nose of wheat and a hint of grassy hops Medium in body. Very clean and smooth mouthfeel. Flavor is the wheat malts and there is actually a good does of hop bitterness and citrus. The finish is lightly bitter. A very refreshing and easy drinking beer and a real pleasure to find in such a place as a theater.

They told me it was a wit beer, guess they meant it was a wheat beer, found that out on the first sip. I was expecting esters and spice and got an american wheat, but not all that bad. Pours a light yellow/gold, clear with a white head. Not much sweetness, but light wheat taste followed by a mild citrus hop finish. Very balanced, but not much flavor, just like a smooth pale ale.

Nice pale yellow with a light head and no lacing. Wheat and grassy aromas. Some citrus hops. Flavor is mostly citrus and bitter hops with hints of wheat. Finishes wheaty. Slightly watery body.

Sampled draught at Walkabout Brewery, Central Point
Yellow color, light head. Light wheat nose, nice hops & a clean body & finish. Very nice wheat.
