Draft at the Green Dragon: Pours a medium brown color with a big fluffy head. Aroma is malty and toasty with some funky horsehair sourish smells. Flavor is lightly malty, toasty and nutty with a light sourness and funkiness. Some hints of farmhouse and brett flavors.

(Draught) Pours a hazy amber-brown body with a medium off-white head. Aroma of citrus, herbs, cherry, and caramel. Flavor of light lactic sourness and sweet citrus with a dry oak finish.

GABF ’07. Pours hazy amber with an average, frothy, off-white head, lasting with good lacing. Aroma is average malt (hay, straw, meal), average hops (citrus), average yeast (earth) with notes of cherries and raspberries. Light bodied, sticky texture, lively carbonation, and a bitter finish. Average duration, light sweetness, moderate acidity and bitterness.

GABF 2007: Poured a slightly hazey chestnut color with an off-white head. The aroma had a nice sour nose. Caramel malt with mild lactic vinegar. The flavor was nice and smooth with a tart start. The beer finishes with a sweet malt. Light to medium body.
