Pours hazy amber with an average, frothy, off-white head, lasting with good lacing. Aroma is average malt (hay, straw, meal), average hops (citrus), average yeast (earth) with notes of cherries and raspberries. Light bodied, sticky texture, lively carbonation, and a bitter finish. Average duration, light sweetness, moderate acidity and bitterness. goldtwins (4078), Nesconset, New York, USA Oct 30, 2007 GABF 2007: Poured a slightly hazey chestnut color with an off-white head. The aroma had a nice sour nose. Caramel malt with mild lactic vinegar. The flavor was nice and smooth with a tart start. The beer finishes with a sweet malt. Light to medium body.
