GABF 2007. Huge creamy head over a clear brown orange beer. Nice sub-surface racing is deep and somewhat slow. Smells like fresh apple cider, accented by melony pinot grigio acid. Brett and dark salty yeast textures attach to the back of the tongue after the first sip. Nice level of carbonation. The fruitiness is delayed, emerges in the finish, with soft honey, melon, and crisper cherry notes. There seems to be a little corn sugar in the finish too, and unintegrated sugars floating around all over the place, which detracts mightily from the overall impression. Glad I tried it.

Also finally found this one on tap at Belmont...stoked! Pours a fairly darker brown with lighter tan see through near the edges. Fairly quick dissappearing light tan head. The aroma brings light sweet malts reminding me of cherries, with nuts found being swarmed by a fairly thick kombucha note which permiates everything else once it hits the nostrils. There is some spice in there to, not sure where that

Draft at the Green Dragon: Pours a medium brown color with a big fluffy head. Aroma is malty and toasty with some funky horsehair sourish smells. Flavor is lightly malty, toasty and nutty with a light sourness and funkiness. Some hints of farmhouse and brett flavors.
