On tap at Brouwer’s Hopfest ’09. Pours a deep amber with a small head. Nice balance, lots of ripe fruits in the aroma, which overshadow the hops a bit. Slightly malt-heavy, but still balanced enough - certainly not bad, but not outstanding.

Draft. Hazy orange with a thick white head. Pine aroma with some citrus. Flavor is more pine and floral, a little heady sweetness. I have only tried one bad Walking Man beer, and this definitely wasn’t it.

On-Tap at Life of Riley poured into chilled Pint glass. Pours a hazy amber colored with a fuffly slightly off-white head that lingers for some time and never fully dissolves. The aroma is packed full of grapefruit, resinous hops and some slight caramel malt. The flavor has much more of the same but with more malt and sticky hops. This is a medium bodied beer and is sticky. I liked this beer but was pretty quick to move onto the next.

On tap at Naked City. Pours mostly clear orange amber with a nice sticky beige head. Floral pine hops and funky grapefruit in the aroma. Taste adds caramel and biscuity malts with a little alcohol. Nice sticky mouthfeel, citrus hop finish.

On tap at Walking Man. Color was amberish. Aroma was a nice balance of malt, hops and an overall fruitiness. Flavor was caramel and fruit with a bit of a floral bite in the finish. For me, this seemed a bit less hoppy than the knuckledragger. Drinkable for the style.

Draft @ Horsebrass Pub. An excellent IIPA. These guys really know how to brew high gravity brews a la Rodger Davis. Excellent job Jacob!

Poured a clear amber color with a small, off white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of caramel malts, brown sugar, citrus, floral hops, and a bit of pine. Taste of caramel, honey, light citrus, some grapefruit, but a medium sweet finish. Alcohol was covered.
