On tap at June.... Pours a mostly transparent cidery brown pour and topped with a medium fluff white head... Aroma of grassy and citrus hops, fairly assertive. Pale malt in the background... Flavors itrus and grassy hop emphasis upfront followed up with some fair malt and a lingering pithy bitterness. Adequate body and carbonation. Very drinkable.

Strong resinous pine aroma with faint sweetness. Dark golden pour with thin white head. Sappy hops spring from the glass coating the tongue with bitterness. Medium body with slight chewy aspect. Bitterness comes through a bit heavy handed but is still enjoyable.

Well built and moderately sized hop bomb. resins and bitterness that defy the sweetening attempts at balance. nothing tacky, cloying or tactile with the residual sugars. it’s a well-made brew. Maybe some fine particulate matter that binds to the tongue. Still not a palate destroyer. I want more from Walking Man.

Draught at Horse Brass. Pours a brassy color with dense soapy beige head. The aroma is fruity with pineapple and tangerine and even a hint of plum and some distant sawdust. The flavor is citrus hops, tangerine, and pineapple. Very fresh tasting. A piney bitterness marks the finish and leaves a fresh citric aftertaste. Good.

Pitcher at Concordia. Deep amber pour with a fairly mild white head and sticky lacing. Aroma was mainly citrus with light pine and biscuit malt. Flavor was big citrus hops and biscuit malt melding into an incredibly tasty combo. Would love to drink this one again.

Had this on tap at Bailey’s Taproom in Portland, OR. Colour... amber-orange with a thick head. Nose... citrusy hops, resinous, piney. Palate... more pine and conifer resin, citric, bitter, coating on the soft palate and throat with a loooooong finish!
