Named after the Vindicator mine in the Silver Valley, it is our biggest beer to date A refreshingly mild flowery start with a nice rich, malty sweetness that balances the citrusy hop finish. Coming in at OG 1.079 and 80 IBU the Vindicator packs a wallop. We use the finest malted barley grown in Idaho along with pacific northwest hops.

Hazy amber color with small compact head. The aroma is mild, simple. It has a lean caramel profile, some malt flavor too, light residual sweetness, correctly bitter, with some hop resins; the final is just slightly nutty and with a hint of vegetables.
Decent IPA, clean, but it doesnít fully deliver the required hop freshness.

Draught at a random bar. Pours a slightly hazy light amber color with a very small head on it. Nose is very light, almost to the point of having nothing on it. Taste is slightly bitter, but again has minimal flavor. If youíre brewing an IPA to be as inoffensive as possible to the maximum number of people, I think this one hit it right on the head.

Not a bad IPA, but I have had lots better. I would buy again though. I am curious to try other beers from this brewery.

At brewery was told: 7.5% ABV with 78IBU. Pours a nice ruddy amber with a bit of light cream foam. Nose has some malt and hints of grapefruit, the nose didnít really open up for quite some time; initially I could smell nothing save an herbal hop tone. Flavor blends amber malts with some grapefruit and bitterness. Medium bodied with average carb. This is a middle of the road IPA. Serving type: bottle 05-19-2012

From 22oz bottle to tulip glass. Pour is a hazy copper, thick dissipating head. Nose is hoppy. Pretty bland nose, same with the taste. Medium bodied, bitter. Mo complexity, no personality. Ok beer, just so blah.

Bottle, shared with Parksy. Iíll begin by saying that this brew had the misfortune of following Epicís IPA and suffered by comparison. Not terrible, but nowhere near the aggressive hop attack delivered by Epicís IPA, more peachy and sweet with low carbo and a thinner body.
