Walldorff Bistro Blonde

On tap at Walldorff. Hazy straw-yellow body, thick off-white head. Light herbal hops nose. Herbal body with corn and other off-flavors, light metallic cereals. This beer wasn’t brewed for me, but that doesn’t mean I don’t like it.

had this opening night in four pack sampler. not a bad blonde but not a memorable one eaither. golden color and a wheat taste peeking through the cream flavor.
