On tap at Walldorff. Hazy light copper body, thick off-white head. Peppery, spicy hops nose backed by toasty malt. Cerealy body, almost chewy with bitter, peppery, potpourri-like hops resins and toasted biscuit. Becomes a bit overbearing after about half a glass, but overall a winner.
