3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle:   Pours black, very little head, sparce lacing.   Soft roasted malts and graham cracker nose, a bit of
ash and soft oak.   Sweet smokey ash up front, roasty, a little lactose, some oak.   Not a hop bomb at all as its
not terribly hoppy, which is good.   Backside shows a bit of soy and dark or bakers chocolate.   This one is nice in
that its not overly roasty or acrid.   Not as heavy as I would have liked, but its nice.   Body and mouthfeel are
moderate.   Soy, over ripened dark pitted fruit, oak, ash, roasted malts all make up teh finish.   Better than I
expected!   Thanks Kevin!

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Brownish black with virtually no head. Very oaky, dusty, Dark fruity, roasted malty aroma. Harsh and sweet in the mouth, sugary texture, and a woody medium bitter finish, I could do without.
