hopdog (4552), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA Dec 11, 2006 On tap at the Walnut Brew Pub in Boulder, CO. Cask and regular pour side by side. They both poured a medium orange color with the cask version bing cloudy with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of caramel, lightly spicey and earthy. Tastes of citrus (stronger in the regular), caramel and spices (more apparent in the regular). Ernest (4217), Boulder, Colorado, USA Jan 13, 2002 Medium amber. Aroma is lightly malty (light bread), lightly hoppy (citrus - grapefruit, pine). Flavor is lightly sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly bitter.
