Nov 1, 2007 Tap @ Walnut: Poured a hazy pale yellow color with a medium sized white head. Banana and citrus aroma with some mild notes of clove. The flavor was clovey but smooth. Not overdone. Banana at the end. Citrusy with a light spice. Decent spice finish.

Jun 25, 2007 Light, murky yellowish appearance. Spicy/yeasty aroma expected of a German wheat with notes of clove and a hint of banana. Clove dominates in flavor and again slight banana. Excellent body. A solid hefeweizen.
