Aromas of grain and very light citrus. Tastes of lemony citrus, grassy and grainy. Thin body. Ernest (4229), Boulder, Colorado, USA Jan 11, 2002 Head is initially small, creamy, white, fully diminishing. Body is clear light yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (grain), lightly hoppy (flowers, citrus - lemon), lightly yeasty (dough). Flavor is lightly sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly bitter. Taste is light citrus hops-grapefruit. No malt. OK effervescence. goldtwins (3734), Nesconset, New York, USA Nov 2, 2007 Tap @ Walnut: Poured a lightly hazed gold with an off-white head. The aroma was a mix of citrus and caramel. Neither dominate or are strong for that matter. The flavor was a soft short malt start with decent grapefruit. Hoppy middle. Sweet caramel picks back up to the end. Semi-dry with a mild to moderate bitter finish. Light to medium body.
