Dec 11, 2006 On tap at the Walnut Brew Pub in Boulder, CO. Poured a medium reddish / brown color with a small sized off white head. Aromas of caramel, light chocolate and nutty. Tastes of caramel, chocolate, nuts and light citrus.

Jan 11, 2002 Head is initially small, creamy, off-white, fully diminishing. Body is medium orange-brown. Aroma is lightly malty (cookie, caramel), lightly hoppy (flowers, citrus - grapefruit), lightly yeasty (dough), with a banana note. Flavor is lightly sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly bitter. Light to medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.
