Draught. Virtually no head. Body is medium yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (grain), with light notes of banana and clove. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Another sweet, vaguely Belgian style blonde ale posing as a saison.

Draught at Walnut Brewery. Pours gold with a rocky white head mostly near the edge but with some lined lacing. Fruit and yeast, leather aromas. Fruit and leathery yeast aromaas. Sour fruit, cherries, and yeast(wheat) notes and an interesting berry tartness. Light bodied and dry.
