COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Deep amber color, smooth malty character with an herbal hoppy nose finish. Any of our Classics complement the toasted, malty notes of this spirited Red ale.

Clear amber with a creamy aroma of caratoffee. Flavor is really nutty with a creamy toasty flavor, with a sweet toffee finish.

I’ll say it right off the bat, I’m a sucker for a well made irish red. Malty aroma. It almost smells red! Complex flavors of carmel, nuts, and earthy tones. Herbal hoppy finish. Only Conway’s Irish Ale beats this in my opinion.

Tap @ Walnut: Poured a clear red maber color with an off-white head. The aroma was of sweet toffee and mildly fruity malt. Some earthiness. The flavor was of caramel sweet malt. The hops are earthy with some citrus on the end. Medium body and semi-dry.

Tap at the brewpub. Reddish amber color; beige head. Caramel aroma. Mild nutty caramel flavor.Just enough hop to cut the sweetness. Finishes just a little more sweet than not.

Tap. A dark and typical red ale. A mild body with a great aftertaste. A tan frothy head. Much better than Killian’s.

Tap @ Walnut. Amber with an off white head. Biscuit, nuty and caramel aroma. Flavor about the same, mostly sweet and malty. Medium to light body. Fairly flavorful for the 4% abv and very drinkable.
