S: Sweet and woody. Strong notes of caramel malts and toffee. Notes of oak , honey and dry dark fruits. Some flowery hops. A bit boozy finish. T: Slightly sweet upfront. Notes of honey, toffee, caramel malts, roasted malts, raisins and oak. Balanced bittersweet combination. Light notes of grassy hops. M: Full body. Medium carbonation. Odor e paladar amadeirados. Sabor forte, consistente e duravel. Não esta no mesmo nivel das quadrupels belgas, mas é uma boa tentativa nacional

Sweet caramel aroma with notes of biscuit. Appearance is Amber with a small off white head. Flavor is sugary sweet, with notes of caramel. Mouthfeel is thin with low carbonation. Overall, the beer lacks the Belgian esters in the aroma and flavor of a quad. It also is sugary sweet with low carbonation which leads me to believe it did not bottle carbonate properly. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
