Very nice quadrupel! much complexity in aroma and flavour. inthe nose you have fruity notes of papaya, grapes and prune. In mouth this beer is powerful, with malty dried fruits taste. the finish is very alcoholic.

Head: firm, creamy, small
Colour: caramel, slight hazy
Smell: oak, candy, caramel, alcohol but in the good way, sweet, malts
Taste: similar to the aroma, lots of flavour very very balanced, perfect example of a Quadrupel.
Damn fo the first time i drink a beer from Brazil i must say this is a damn good one !!

Sampled from a bottle at Mondial de la bière. Copper-orange with a beautiful, sticky head. Lovely, yeasty-spicy-sweet Belgian aroma. The flavour is fairly complex, with brown sugar, yeast, and stewed peaches. The mouthfeel is, well, sticky. It kinda coats your mouth. Medium to low carbonation. Very nice quad.

On Tap. A brown color with a beige head, aroma is quite sweet like some toffee and malt. Flavor is a balanced bitterness and sweetness, caramel, nuts notes. Mouthfeel is very longer and you can feel the bitterness and sweetness.. Lovely beer...

Sampled at the Mondial de la bière 2010. Dark amber with a thin beige head showing great retention. Aroma is alcohol, dark fruits, brown sugar, yeast, spices and dough. Flavor is red fruits, belgian malt, alcohol, brown sugar, and dark fruits. Good.

Smells like toffe caramel and a little alcohol. Brown color with a medium tan head that dont lasts much. Balanced taste between bitter and sweet, with a residual alcohol. Starts bitter-sweet and ends sweet-bitter. Very nice beer.

Pours a dark amber colour with a tall frothy tan head. Aroma is very fruity, spicy and malty. Taste is sweet, dark fruits, malt, and spices with noticeable alcohol. Light carbination makes for soft mouth feel. Really nice but not quite as good as the Wäls Tripel personally.
