375ml corked bottle served in a weizen glass. A: Pours a hazy pale yellow to beige color forming a minimal white bubbled head. Minimal retention and no lacings left S: Very malty. A little bit spicy. Strong notes of pale malts and honey. Some notes of flowery hops T: Slightly sweet upfront. Sweet grains. A bit metallic. Strong notes of honey. A little bit spicy. In overall, a quite smooth beer. Quite malty but not sour at all, for a season. Bitterness is also quite low M: Light to medium body. Low carbonation. Honey aftertaste O: Good drinkability. Good quality beer. Quite mild and smooth for the style but still worthy [ BA Review @ 7/16/2013 ]

On bottle at Empório Alto dos Pinheiros - EAP, Sao Paulo- 24 june 2014. Pale golden color, ok foam.A bit low carbonation Aromas of malt, autumn leaves- a bit strange aromas(not unpleasant) Understand now when I read about added sugar cane juice. Sweet. Medium body & complexity. Not really great

From a 375ml caged plastic corked bottle purchased at Central Markets, Belo Horizonte. Pour is cloudy pale yellow with a small disappearing white head. Rather incongruous aromas of sugar cane, straw, malt grains and citrus fruits. Taste is too sweet for a Saison but there are some balancing spicy hay-like dry hops. Rather uneven palate with a medium body. A qualified failure.

Cloudy pale straw color with a big white bubbly head and very effervescent carbonatation. Some spicy and hay notes on the notes. Yeasty, spicy flavor, a bit rough though and unrefined. Acidic and refreshing.
