Clear bright yellow. Aroma of applesauce. Tastes the same. Tastes like it’s been left outside/exposed. Was a gift that might’ve been overaged.

Pours a clear royal golden with a few escaping small bubbles and just the tiniest white ring around the glass that disappears. Nose involves some sweet apple flesh and tart apple skin, along with a fairly clean but dusty yeast and an underlying spice note. Somewhat sweet flavor, but much more tart, nearly intensely so. Medium bodied, drying and puckering tart, softly carbed with a lasting tart yeasty finish. Quite enjoyable, nice character, definitely not very sweet which works for me. Bottled 7-12-12, 6.9% ABV.

Bottle. Clear pour, light aroma, medium carbonation. Taste is sweet apple, finishes with some tart flavor. Nice, but fairly basic, and not one I would try again.

Poured from a cold bottle. Clear golden color, slight white fizzy head. Smells like apples. Light sweet apple flavor.

Clear golden pour with little to no head. Aroma is crisp, clean apple, some caramel, and honey. Light yeast notes and mildly sweet. Good sweetness to the flavor and a decent apple character. Hints of caramel and honey, a touch of yeast, and maybe some grass. Subtle tartness on the finish.

Bottle. Sweet clean ripe apple aroma. Clear deep gold, no head per usual for cider. Sweet, slightly tart apple flavor. Light body, moderate carbonation. Pretty straightforward, although not exciting cider.

Aromas of apples, pear, and hay. Clear, deep golden hue. A touch of sweetness, tart, flavors of golden apples, prickly pear, and white grapes. Full bodied, smooth, and has a tart lingering finish. Pretty good tasting cider, a little on the sweet side, but the tartness is fresh and pleasant.

651mL. Pours a clear, sparkling, bright golden. Champagne bubbles. Fizzing out soda head. Nose is fresh and subtle: cinnamon, white grape, white wine, small vinegar. Taste is white grape, a bit watery, demi-sec sweetness, lots of white wine and champagne character. Medium acid in the finish. Long, green apple in the back. I like it, but champagne is general is not my style. Comes across as simple and apple juice forward with not a lot of complexity. Fiance rating: 3.8

Pours a clear golden color, with plenty of carbonation. Smell is tart apples and a hint of alcohol. Taste is just what I expected: sweet, but not too much; tart, but not puckering. A little warmth on the finish. Plenty of carbonation to dance around on the tongue. Overall, a fantastic semi-sweet cider. Flavorful, even rich; but still crisp. Barely noticeable alcohol. I’d love to pick this one up again.

UPDATED: OCT 24, 2012 Poured from a bomber. Not much in carbonation. Kinda flat. Very nice sweet smell. Tastes like apple peels and not much else.
