3.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
This cider has a bright orange appearance with a sparse carbonation. Aroma straddles the line between giant Belgian amber ale and apple brandy with distinct booze. Thick and hot on the palate with distinct notes of caramel apple, reminiscent of a green apple blow pop. This is a really unique cider which shows a true expression of this varietal. The high ABV lacquers it with sweetness which could become tiresome after 500ml. Still worth trying though.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Yellow with a small white head. The aroma has a nice mix of strong apple notes, as well as a bit of sugar. The flavor is full of deep apple flavor, with a hint of tartness and some noticeable alcohol notes. Easy drinking even though it is nearly 10 percent.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
500ml bottle. Pours a deeper clear golden with a slight caramel tint to it and no head, but a few tiny single bubbles. More toward the sweeter side of dry on the nose, touch of molasses, caramel, wild flower honey, fleshy apple aroma, almost apple sauce like, with subtle oak tannins. More dry up front than anything, mid palate shows some signs of the honey and molasses that were more dominate in the nose. Does finish with tannins but as it lingers on the palate, that turns into a nice apple skin flavor.
