Nice apple and honey nose with some light vanilla-oak notes. The taste is lightly sweet, lightly tart with fresh apples, some light clove honey and a touch of pear skins. Just a touch of funk in the finish.

Hand bottle thanks to ericandersnavy. The smell is apples, fruits, butter, and ok. The look is clear, light yellow in color, and not much head or legs. The taste is tart, apples, and fruits.

(Hand bottle, courtesy of ericandersnavy) Pours a clear yellow body with light legs. Aroma of apple, band-aid, earth, and subtle honey. Flavor of sweet apple, some funkiness, and band-aid with a dry oak finish.

500mL Bottle poured at CiderDays 2010. Oak comes out immediately in the nose and is enjoyable as slight bit of butter. Good apple complexity adds depth to this. Clearish gold. Flavors are apple-solid, but come on a with a good fist of oak dryness, which I think has been crafted to work with residual sugars and not too much apple tannin. Enjoyable.

Bottle. Pours a clear, golden hue with no head.
Aroma is of apples, whiskey, and some peaches.
Flavor - same as aroma basically.
Light, syrupy mouthfeel with light carbonation.
Pretty Darn Good!!

Bottle that I took to jtclockwork’s place for a tasting. Pours a clear golden amber with a thin white head that deflates immediately. Soft apples and a touch of oak on the nose. Medium bodied, super dry, a bit of a disconnect from the nose, which had a lot more sweetness. Dry into the finish with a bit of oak. Easy drinking but very dry.

(500ml bottle) bright gold, light glass coating and bubbles that fade fast like a soda. Nose of tart apples, light oak, a mild bit of funk, sugar and very tiny bit of alcohol. Taste is dry and tart, Oaky, refreshing, lightly lemony, very well carbonated. Could drink this out at the pool.

Gold pour with a white head. Nose is tart apples, wood, vanilla, and not much else. Easy on the palate, very tart, very dry, fresh apple, and a smooth finish.

Pours crystal clear straw yellow. Great aroma of crisp apple and faint hint of vanilla. Flavor is extremely dry, tart, apple with the faintest hint of oak. Very tasty cider.
Bottle thanks to ericandersnavy. Pours a slight hazy yellow with fast fading white head. Aroma of apple juice. Flavor of spiced apple juice. Mouth feel is light body with high carb onation. Overall, it’s a tasty cider.

Golden-yellow colour. Light sparkle and some legs. Fresh apple nose with a little bit of skin and spice. Tart, almost leathery with fresh apple. Complex yet drinkable and clean. Solid cider.
