bottle. Golden with small head. Super tart apple flavor with just a bit of funky yeast notes. Very interesting and enjoyable, but it would be hard to drink more than a glass of this.

Yeah, It pours a pale gold .. medium carb, light airy crispness .. all apple skin, grass, juice, and light yeast. decent cider but Walter.

Hell, I can get you a toe by 3 o’clock this afternoon... with nail polish. These fucking amateurs...

Bottle: Pours clear, almost colourless gold with a thin white ring. Green apple, lemon scent....yeasty....lambic-like Taste is the same, tart/sour citrus.... Very bright and crisp. Nice.

Pours very light with essentially no head. Somewhat harsh aroma with some green apple. Cuttingly dry, tart flavor, plenty of lacto. Not a lot of funk or yeast character here. Interesting.
