Bottle.

Pours very light with essentially no head. Somewhat harsh aroma with some green apple. Cuttingly dry, tart flavor, plenty of lacto. Not a lot of funk or yeast character here. Interesting.

UPDATED: DEC 11, 2014 crystal clear yellowish color, light carb. very inviting floral aroma, some honey, though with the age on this bottle I suppose some of that could be oxidation. There’s some lemon, no real alcohol. presents as tart, clean, hint of spicy/herbal character. flavor follows nose with perhaps a bit more heft. It is quite tart, but the acidity is never obtrusive. Low alcohol flavor is clean, slight warming on the palate by mid bottle. Fairly fruity though not overly apple. Plenty of citrus, and touch of honey. Off-dry, and almost perfectly balanced. Low tannin, but plenty of structure here. Notable similarities with various off-dry white wines Refreshing, medium light bodied, clean, crisp. Would drink again anytime - great stuff.

Bottle. Pours a clear, super pale gold (looks like watered down ginger-ale), good carbonation, slightly nose of apples and wet paper. Mouth is medium bold up front with the crispy and slightly sweet fruitiness and then fades out. I’m still no expert on cider but this one tasted decent, even if it looked pretty boring and didn’t have much of a nose.
