COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our take on a pale ale. A blend of Belgian and American traditions, we use a mix of belgian and american grains, a healthy dose of american hops, and a distinctly belgian yeast to give a nice full flavor to this ale.

GBBF Day 1. Cask. Hazy amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light with fine carbonation, smooth. Says US hops but there is a very Nelson Sauvin like grapey floralness here, very nice it is to! Trace of tangerine. Light finish. Very pleasant!

Gravity dispense at GBBF ’14, day 1, 12/08/14. Clear golden with a moderate off white head. Nose carries Belgian yeast notes, hint of mango, mandarin, tangerine. Taste comprises candyfloss, nice Belgian yeast profile, papaya, straw. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Tasty stuff.

Gravity cask at GBBF 2014, 12/08/14. Pours a hazy amber with a thin white head. Fruity aroma with light grassy herbiness. Light spice with caramel, orange, pine, light wood, grass, light toast - nice enough, though a little thin.

Cask at GBBF 2014. It pours clear golden with a small white head. The nose is earthy, bitter-sweet, apple, pear, citrus peel, hay and spice. The taste is oily, toast, spicy, hay, stone fruits, wood and hay with a dry, spicy finish. Medium body, low carbonation and oily mouth-feel. Fine.
