Leicht herb, langweilig. 9/10/7/7/9/7

Clear deep golden color with a fine white head. Fine off white head. Malty, mild bready and some herbal notes. Medium body. Fine balance between sweetness and bitterness. Average carbonation. Caramel malty, mild bready and a bit herbal. Utterly boring brew! I can eat rakfisk. But not with this brew. I will not drink this brew agin.

A white whale this one. I’ve been searching for it the last two years at least. And suddenly there it was: a 0,5 l bottle at Lerøy Mat, Galleriet, Bergen. The best before date is August 2015, so this could be a new batch. Pours a misty golden body with a dense light brown small head. Wooden caramel nose. Sweet, acidic and bitter. Malty, caramel sauce. Medium body and a lasting papery, bitterness.
