50 cl, bottle conditioned, brewed at Ægir Brewery. Dark golden, low carbonation, very thin tan head. Special beer "designed" to be enjoyed with "rakfisk", a traditional Norwegian gourmet fish meal. Aroma is very malty and a bit sweet, like an amber ale. Taste is nutty with a rich caramel and dark bread flavour. Medium, but pleasant, aftertaste. I have no idea what it would taste like along with the "rakfisk", but it’s enjoyable and drinkable as is.
