Commercial Description:
The profile of this beer is very similar to american lagers with the exception that it has 25 to 30% less aggregation, and that corn is used instead of rice. It's light bodied, with light flavour and aroma of malt. The colour is 2 to 4 SRM. The bitterness is low to moderate, from the use of Clusters, Cascade and Willamette hops, with 13 to 18 IBU.
